Cancellation Fees
4+ weeks before course date:
- Full refund minus £20 administration fee
2-4 weeks before course date:
- 50% refund of course fee
Less than 2 weeks before course date:
- No refund available
FREE Delegate Substitution
- You can nominate a colleague to take your place free of charge up to 2 weeks before the course date
- Replacement must be a healthcare professional suitable for the course content
- Email us the replacement details at info@gpsimulation.co.uk
- No substitutions accepted within 2 weeks of the course or on the day
How to Cancel
- Email your cancellation to info@gpsimulation.co.uk
- Include your booking reference and course date
- We’ll confirm receipt within 2 working days
If We Cancel
- Full refund if we cancel your course
- Minimum 1 week notice where possible
