Any course cancellation will incur a £10 administration fee.
You will be unable to cancel your booking at our courses within the two week window prior to the course that you have booked. In the event that you cancel after this date or fail to attend on the conference day, please note that you will not be refunded.
You can, however, nominate any colleague from the primary care medical profession to take your place if you fall within the two week period prior the course. In this situation you will incure the £10 administration charge. Please note that replacement delegate nominations must be made before the conference date. Replacement delegates will not be accepted on the day.
If you are no longer able to attend and would like to cancel your place, please confirm your cancellation in writing by emailing us at info@gpsimulation.co.uk.
If you have booked onto one of our courses, we would like to extend a thank you for your booking and we look forward to seeing you at the event.
